    Rugged, take anywhere phone

    This rugged phone takes a little getting use to because of it's larger size and weight. It's not very stylish but that's what Iphones were made for. On the plus side the large 5.8" display is easy to read and the battery life is phenomenal. Signal reception is very good and the speakerphone is loud. The phone's internal data can be fully encrypted but it slows down the phone and reduces battery life. Leave it unencrypted unless you keep sensitive data on the phone and are afraid of loosing it. With a plastic back, shock absorbing corners and waterproof sealing, it's a great companion for all outdoor activities.

    Great phone with a tiny disappointment.

    OK product overall considering the price, nice looking, a little larger and heavier than s8 but I really like it. The battery works like a charm, it even forgave me forgetting to charge it one night and lasted all day the second day. However this phone's wireless charging function does not work even after I tried it on 3 wireless chargers. I didn't really want to bother to return it since I have charging cables and they work well and fast. The back part seemed to have been opened before and whoever opened it didn't seal it properly, I'm not sure if this is related to the malfunction wireless charging. I didn't give a 1 start since the seller kindly provided me tips to seal it properly and offered to help. However by that time I was already too attached to the phone, I was able to seal it ...

    SAMSUNG G8 ACTIVE - RUGGED AND POWERFUL

    Just got a Samsung Galaxy G8 Active to replace my S3 and I am loving it. Never mind I am 5 yrs behind, but the G8 works like a dream. Lasts all day on one charge, takes gorgeous pictures, great speakers, fast processor, beautiful screen in a nice size for me to watch videos. Phone was in great shape when I received it too. Very happy with my purchase.

    Excellent Battery Life!

    This phone has excellent battery life. It is very fast and quite intuitive to use. Several friends with S7's and S6's say that Samsung made great strides forward with this S8 Active. Most said the camera feature is even better than previous models. I have been very satisfied with this phone and certainly recommend it.

    Excellent phone that won't break the bank

    Got this phone for my daughter. She LOVES it! The s8 Active has a longer battery life than the regular s8, so she isn't constantly needing to charge her phone. The phone is fast, with plenty of storage. And she likes that it has a nice screen size with excellent definition, without being too large for her books comfortably in one hand.
